We are looking for a Sales Manager to China area.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to China area. Your responsibility is to create profitable business for Okmetic, develop and deepen customer relationships, locate new potential and create growth in China.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Includes the following but not limited to:
Creating profitable business and generating revenue for Okmetic Group according to set targets.
- Developing new business in accordance with Okmetic Group strategy.
- Managing and Developing Global and Regional Key Customers by leading worldwide activities, teams and target setting.
- Developing customer relationships.
- Developing customer experience (CX) by recognizing customers’ present and future requirements. Proactively working with other Okmetic teams in developing operations to fulfil these requirements.
- Distributing the customer information in Okmetic organization.
- Conduct business according to Okmetic set policies and processes as well as guidance from Sales Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or experience: Bachelor degree in engineering, in economics or other suitable area from college or university; and 4-6 years related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) skills as well as other language skills deemed essential in order to fulfill the task.
Analytical Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret data in surrounding business environment (e.g. customer data, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations). Ability to use gathered information to guide planning and decision making.
Communication and cooperation skills: Ability to work with heterogeneous teams, people from different functions and cultural background. Ability to lead teams.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all stake holders.
Reasoning ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Other skills and abilities: Ability to use the Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, Power Point and Okmetic ERP tool Tuti as well as Salesforce and M-files
