Inside Sales Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to support the Okmetic North America team in providing a seamless and professional service to our customers.
At Okmetic, we focus on our customers, and we partner with some of the leading semiconductor and MEMS companies by supplying advanced Silicon wafers. Our materials are the building block for fabrication of microelectronic devices, that provide a competitive edge for well-known brands across multiple industries.
To continue and accelerate our growth, we are seeking a self-driven, result oriented professional with a client service administration background. Familiarity with customer service functions and experience with solving customer issues is essential.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Take an active part in the execution of the Sales process
- Quoting and pipeline management
- CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact
- Order and backorder management with customer inventory control
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Updating Forecast and revenue projections
- Responding to customer needs and requirements related to documents, certifications, and other forms
- Serve as a liaison between the North American team, Okmetic HQ cross-functional teams, and customers for the assigned responsibilities
- Support other duties as directed by the Vice President Sales North America

Skills required.
- Four years of college degree in Marketing, business, or related fields
- Five years work experience in client service administration role
- Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time and task management skills with focus on details and results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, Power Point
- Familiar with CRM Sales Force or other client databases is advantage
- Willingness to learn sales skills
- Able to legally work in the United States.
