5S Specialist

Okmetic is looking for a 5S Specialist for company level 5S coordination, execution and development. The position is located in Vantaa in the capital region of Finland.

In this 5S Specialist role you will be responsible for the 5S system of the company. Implementation of 5S is done in co-operation with all the main functions of the organization. 5S specialist will be reporting directly to Chief Quality Officer, and the 5S activities will be supported by Executive Management Group of the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute the 5S in co-operation with all main functions of Okmetic Vantaa organization.
• Further development of the 5S system
• Management of employee initiative system

Requirements:

• Leadership skills. Ability to lead people to 5S goals across organization boundaries.
• Experience on 5S. LEAN and Gemba implementation in industrial environment.
• Participation in Mistake Proofing Gemba projects
• Active, independent and result-oriented working attitude.
• Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken.
